Aviation 1100-Unit Housing Project

The 1,100-unit Aviation Housing Project, located in the northern part of Phase 3 of the New City of Parand, is one of the largest residential developments for the country’s aviation industry employees. The project covers an area of approximately 11 hectares (110,000 square meters) and includes various types of buildings, ranging from multi-unit apartment complexes to duplex houses. Construction of this project began in the mid-2000s.
